The hotel offers a convenient location within a short walk to both the old town and the resort areas. Sarah at reception was helpful, providing excellent service. I had a good room on the second floor, which gave me a pleasant view of the hotel front. I found it easy to get taxis right outside the hotel (a definite plus).
The hotel has a strict policy against bringing outside food and drinks, including water, into the hotel.

staff was really friendly. the room was clean and tidy. i slept very well even though its on a big street. it's ok that is not a new hotel, but it was neat.
breakfast was ordinary and not worth the price. signs everywhere tell you cannot bring food, and you can't bring water in. this is bizarre because i need to drink bottled water. you can have bottled water but only if you buy theirs.

the hotel location are good. i found a supermarket close. the staff are very friendly and helpful with directions. the wifi worked good and i can do my work without interruptions.
there are signs everywhere and the hotel dont let you bring water in, you can have bottled water, but only if you buy theirs.

the location was great for exploring the surrounding area i found it easy to walk to many attractions. sarah at reception was very helpful assisting with directions and local tips she. my room had a nice view of the front of the hotel offering a pleasant outlook. the bar staff were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced providing good value for money.
i found signs prohibiting bringing outside food or drinks a bit restrictive
